Absolutely! We encourage all dog owners to come in, say hello and check out our brand new facilities. We can chat about the care your dog requires and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6pm. Once we commence our grooming services, the daycare will be open on weekends as well.

Your dog will have a fun-filled day playing with other dogs. We have beds and rest areas when they need a snooze. We also offer walks for those pups who prefer to get out and about during the day.

Your pup will always have access to water, attention and love from staff members who specialise in caring for canines just like you do at home.

We advise not to bring personal toys or items as other dogs might destroy them. We will have plenty of fun toys, beds and blankets to keep them happy.

Your furry friend remains safely indoors unaffected by the weather.

Your dog will be cool and comfortable in our air-conditioned premises.

We recommend you, the dog owner, collect your dog at the end of the day unless you specifically authorise to have them picked up by someone else.

We will administer first aid on premises and you’ll be immediately informed if they require attention from a vet so you can collect them as soon as possible. 

We are happy to give your dog medication provided by you with clear instructions.

All dogs are required to be up to date with C5 vaccinations, flea, tick and worming treatments.

Yes, we don’t have an age limit on our members, as long as they are comfortable socialising with other dogs.

Yes, we are happy to feed your dog with food supplied by you with clear instructions.

As places are limited, we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.

All of our dog members are vetted so you can be sure that your dog is in safe company suitable to their size and temperament. We don’t accept any dogs with aggressive behaviour, so you can be sure K9 Kare will always provide a safe environment.

You will be required to notify us as soon as you know you’ll be late and late fees may apply.

We will post photos and videos on our Instagram regularly. Please let us know if you do not wish for your dog to appear on social media.
